I have been receiving texts for the past few weeks from this number. He identifies himself as Roberto Guissepe Antonio of Springfield, MA. Claims he is a construction industry engineer and is listed as such on LinkedIn. He states he is currently supervising a project in Manila, Philippines. The texts have been romantic but not ***ual. Now he is asking me for $1100 because his considerable****ets are frozen by the IRS. Gave me his "account number & passcode" to ConfidentialBank via a hyperlink which showed several million dollars on deposit. But, when I searched his acct independently of the link, by accessing it through Google, none of his account information matches Confidential's data.He created a false web page for the bank.

Not-Rafael Caller asked for the homeowner. I asked who he was and he said his name was Rafael. He had a strong accent, like from India. I asked him what it was about and he asked for the homeowner by name, then ***g up when I said I'd put him in touch with the owner when I knew what he was calling about.
