I VE BEEN SCAMED BECAUSE I DID OWE PAYDAY LOANS N HAVENT PAID THEM ALOT ABOUT 7 PAYDAY LOANS AND IT WAS BELIEVEABLE CUZ THEY HAD MY INFORMATION (SOCIAL BIRTHDATE ECT) SO WHEN MY INCOME TAX MONEY CAME IN I BEGAN TO PAY THEM WHAT I OWE. FEELING RELIEVED FOR A FEW MONTHS BECAUSE ALL THE CALLS STOP. THE REAL PAY DAY LOAN PPL STARTED CALLING. SO I DID SOME INVESTGATING AND YES IVE BEEN SCAMED ITS STILL GOING ON AS FAR AS THE CALLS BUT I WILL NOT TELL THEM I KNOW BECAUSE I WANT IT TO STOP SO TODAY JUNE 20TH I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE STATION AND FILING A REPORT ALSO TO MY BANK TO CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS. OLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

I'm getting the same calls.  An Indin dude named Danny Dawn.  WTF!  they are using the same MO.  Never giving out information.  They claimed I took out a payday loan back in 07/2010.  Never happened.  At first it seemed legit.  I gave them my info like an idiot, but nothing happened.  I called my bank and cancelled my card and gave them the heads up.  I called authorities and let them know.

September does anyone know their phone number or how to reach them...please provide to me because it's really important that i contact them..thank you...

tiger they call all the time saying i owe them money for a pay day loan that i never have ever toke out and have all ,y personal info. they call and give me diffrent names all the time they are scam.

Richard Sails This place said I owed a debt and I've never dealt with them before. Anything I owed was paid to the proper sources and my credit is clear except for the bills that are current. Who are these f***ing people? The call came as an unknown caller. I know that a collection agency must list their numbers for one, I had the guy stuttering for two and 3 he would not send me information of what he was calling for by mail. I got a fax number because he thought I would be dumb enough to send my paid bill with my personal infomation to him...646-786-4401.

i recieved several phone calls from these people.  First from a guy named Shawn Woods, then his name changed to Dan Murphy, then he called himself Shawn Williams.  He also had a woman calling herself Ivy Foster calling me and requesting the same information that I owed a debt to some agency and that they were representing that firm.  Neither one would not give out any information as to who the original company was or additional phone numbers to call back with. Only kept saying the same things.  Never could get an address or location out of them.  Gave me a Reference Number, but that is bogus as well.  Thankfully I havn't had them call for the last several days.  When they were calling it seemed like it was every couple of hours.

I just found out I had been scammed by a different one doing the same thing.  Funny thing though, this one called me too.  I did not have the number they called me from but I had the fax number.  Thankfully, due to the scam from the other one, the numbers that I gave them are now invalid, because I cancelled the card and informed my bank about what was going on.  The calls are from a girl (Jessica) and she leaves me a message telling me to call back, but then she is not in and the one I got was Mike Wilson-the attorney.  Chalk one up to a learned lesson, but thankfully due to a great bank and these websites--I won't get scammed anymore.  In fact, I am going to fax them now, so I can get the number when they call me back and report them to all the necessary agencies.  Thanks all for posting all of this.  I will be sure to post again with the number they call me back with.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.John Doe
