I HAVE HAD A MAN KELLY CASH CALLING AND HARRASING ME BECAUSE I HAVE SETTLED WITH A LEGITE COMPANY AND EVEN CUSSING AT ME

I received the same messages from that number.  They called me at work and I could not understand a word they said.  I ended up paying them $477.00 one time and $375.00 the second time.  They said they would from payday or someother service for a loan with interest.  What do I do.  They called a***n on Friday and left me the same message.  Help Me.

Frustrated77, just tell them you know its a scam and you have called the payday loan company they say you owe money to and have reported them to the company and FTC and the legal authorities. it worked with me-only they called back and left very nasty msg on my phone about se... and that stuff. they did stop calling after i ignored them.

these people have been calling me over and over. telling me i owe money on a past due payday loan and if i dont pay up they will have to prosecute. they have called my work trying to get info on me. if anyone knows how to stop them, please let me know

i dont know if i got it resolved yet..they kept calling me these few past days and i finally talked to the guy sounds like indian same guy i talked to b4 and i told him too i found out they were tryna scam ppl and to take my number off their list..they literally called 50 times while i was at work from diff numbers..and he ended up tellin me the company will get a lawsuit a***nst me and he ***g up..hopefully the calling stops i dont know if it will but in the meantime i put a fraud alert a***nst my credit report.

Did you get this resolved.  I told them it was a scam and the guy was very rude to me and told me they will press charges a***nst me if I don't pay.  I don't know what to do?

Yes, threaten to come find them and ****** them I did it and they backed off. I threatened to **** their kids, since these people are animals and so are their offspring.

Its a network of "script kiddies" who compromised a database or two of payday loan applicants. They may have compromised the whole system. Just another band of cyber-extortionists who think they are hackers. These people are located in Jamaica, Queens, NYC.(IP Address: 66.249.71.2), Makati, Manila (IP Address: 116.50.155.242), Quezon City  (IP Address: 202.138.135.50) "Alex Vargas" called me after seeing one of my classified ads online. Little did he know I had tracking codes in my ads which gave me his ip addresses. I noticed many hits from the same ips in allmy ads nationwide. After a hit I would get a call from this guy acting like he was a salesman. I recognized his voice and his delivery ****od reminded me of one of these scammers. I have reason to believe this guy is our guy or one of them.

i just got a call today from jeff williams from acs with the same email address..i flipped out cuz they said the same thing talking about a lawsuit if I dont pay, and I never have taken out a loan at all and they tellin me I have pay by tom $300..im like *** do i do???

They keep calling saying I owe money.  They can't provide me with any exact info.  They e-mailed me a settlement form with payments.  I don;t want to send this because I can't confirm this bill

I have been getting these calls also.  I am now getting them from 818-483-4979,  646-810-8635, 642-214-9332.  They all have the same accent and I cannot understand them.  They threaten me and will not stop.  They recently told me that I had a payday loan in february from USACASHNET for 300.00.  I told them that there was not a deposit in my accout for that amount from those people.  I don't know their nationality by they come up with names like John Smith, Nancy Smith, Shawn Marshall, Danny Johnson.  I just dont answer anymore.  Is there anyway to stop these people?

Today i got a call from a Victor Kratz claiming to call from united legal services/ ACS inc. The email provided was [email protected] He claims i have a fradulent pay day loan. If i don't pay them the loan the company will press criminal charges a***nst me. I've been harrased & threatened all day at work. Same phone number 646-810-8635.

they are calling a***n right now over and over a***n. they have all of my personal information and my mother personal information.this time is a different person but a different number. they want me to call back to the same 646 810 8639 number.

they just s****ed to call today all day long over and over a***n. they told me i had a payday over 750 dollars. i know for a fact that i never open a payloan online for that amount. they are threatening me and my mother for payments and i don't know what to do.

I get a call from "scott rogers/rodgers" everyday.  Same man-just c****es his name.  He's such an idiot to realize I can tell it's the same man.  One day he call my place of employment and was "tom rodger" and he call my home and left a message that he was "scott rogers"....I don't even take the call anymore.  Usually when he calls it's 574-312-7014.  Caller ID says international number.

Got a msg to call 646-810-8639 asap.  This is a new number.  Previously they were using 646-652-0716.  If I don't know the number I let it go to voice mail.  These people don't give up.  Make threats knowing there is nothing we can do about it.  Previously I've told them to come and get me, no one showed up.  So****ing needs to be done about the people..

They are trying to scam people by using different numbers like 063-959-7664THIS IS A SCAM the call is routed and they call at all hours.  yes****ay I got a call at 8:53 am, 10:10am, 5:15pm and then a***n this morning at 7:27amthey claim to be calling about a payday loan.....I never had a reason for a payday loan and now they are collecting and threatening.  The FTC, BBB and local Attorney General have their information....  You can file a complaint at the FTC.org

Today I get a call at home from a "tom rogers" call back number is 646-810-8639.  This is the third different number he has left for me to call just this week.  Tuesday it was "tom stevens" 904-201-3839.  Same guy that calls...all he does is c****e the number and his name.  A**** the many different things about this is he doesnt know that I have all the messages saved on my answering ma****e at home and to my suprise, all the messages sound just like the same man.....IDIOT.
