That I was approved for a loan of 3 to 7 thousand and I need to have a bank account with a name ***nd bank like Chase or Bank of America. To let them know when I do and then they will send me loan papers to my email.
This appears to be a scam CASH app help desk. In order to solve the problem I was requested to transfer funds and use ANYDESK app so they could see my phone screen. This made no sense for what my problem was. I've since learned that the way to get help for CASH is to request under Profile, and they will call you. Don't call any numbers for help with CASH.
