I had a RJBroker call me saying he was from publishers clearinghouse and I had won money. I called publishers clearinghouse and they don't know this person.

This is obviously a scam They called me and told me I was approved for a loan They wanted to verify information So they could send me the money When I told them tell me what you have on file And I will tell you if your right They didn't like that and they ***g up the phone They also didn't like the fact that I wasn't going to borrow more than a thousand dollars They have an Indian accent I cannot speak English very well Be very careful

yes they do keep calling and as soon as i answer it is silent...then they **** up...

peggy Yes I recieved a call from a man whom called himself Chris Atkinson, from the same number. I had the same threats. They called my friend that I used as a reference. They even called my work. I called a friend from another payday loan company. He told me it was a scam. I asked for a copy of my contract. They said they couldnt provide that till I payed them. I was told to ask them for there lisence number to practice in Ill.. I talked to 3 people and they all talked like they were from another country. Broken english, I had a hard time believing he was a sherriff when i could hardly understand him.
