I got a call from the same number and they telling me that i have a legal charges and i have to pay 580.00 for the payday loan that i owe or they will send my case to court and i have to pay 7000.00 to clear the charges later. They ask me to fax my complete name and last name with last 4 digits of my SSN and date of birth with the copy of my DL. I think this is scam first why they are not contacting me by mail at all and when i ask them why the guy told me that the send me a bunch of email notifications but even if it is true legaly all comunication from legal departments are throgh mail.
