calls all the time!!!!!

I believe this is related to prepaid cell phones. I received a call from the same number on November 21st and the next day a message from my cell phone company stated that my balance was low when I just finished paying the monthly fee.

didnt say who they were. wanted to knowm if i have credit cards.

I have done some research on this number. They call people claming to be from banks (i.e. Bank of America, HSBC) or your cable company. They offer you a deal to for restructing your account or c****ing your payment options, etc... Basically it is a scam. They are phishing for your account numbers and private financial information. This number is in no way affiliated with any of those businesses.

Calls several times a day every day, never leaves a message.

I want this to stop !! NOW!!!!!

They call every few days, nothing but dial tone when I answer.

I've filed a complaint with the FCC.  Even though this company appears to be in Ca***a it's very troubling that they have information on the people they're calling.  They told me that they were from my cable company and they had a promotional deal for me.  I ***g up and called my cable company.  They told me that not only do they not outsource calls, they have no offices outside of the U.S.  The FCC can't follow up on individual cases but forwards the cases to law enforcement for review.  Can't wait to hear what, if anything, happens.Reply !

No message left. This was on my cell phone. How annoying!

Has called 5 times in the past week. Including multiple times in one day, often less than an hour between calls. Does not leave a message.

Calls a business line and when I answer the phone just ****s up after I give the standard office greeting. Has been happening daily for about a week now.

Repeated calls and no one answers.

Called me on Thursday March3,2010 just around 11 a.m. heard music in back ground and person was trying to hold back their coughing.

This number has been calling for my wife.  I tell them that she is not available as per her instructions.  They keep calling.  She answered them one time. They were from Bank of America and were selling a security package for our credit card.  She told them she did not want it and would not give her numbers out on the phone.  They have called at least 1 time every day since and 2 times today.  What will make them go away?

They keep calling at all hours, early morning, afternoon and ****ing up when ma****e kicks in or when my spouse answers the phone. I am day-sleeper and this is getting very annoying. I don't have caller ID, I dialed *69 and got their number. I actually got an extension number when I re-dialed the number: #4108. I got a voice mail and told them to stop calling me. They have not identified themselves since they **** up.

These people keep calling and it is very annoying.

Okay, Everyday for the past week, this number has called me around noon. I'm never home to pick up, so I see it on the caller ID. I called the number, but the lady said that no one had called here. It was very odd.

phone call from this number.  searched and found it belongs to  bank of america.  Don't have any accounts or do any business with B of A.   After reading some of theses reports it is either a scam or a business not abiding by the do not call lists.

Called and asked for family member. Would not leave message. Asked for better time to call. Slight Middle East accent.

Someone has to find this man and woman they can hack into your bank account and steal every cent you have. C****e your home number and keep the national calls blocked. This man and woman call us frequently asking for a certain member in the family. Hackers will steal your iden***y and **** up. He can be hacking through this Ca***a number from New York.

I saw on my id that someone from that number called. So I called back to see what this was about. It was a young man who said it was a coutesy call about a marketing promotion. I told them I am on limited fixed income and to remove my name as no matter how often they call I will never have funds to do any kind of promotion or donating to charity so calling me is a waste of time.

I'm on every Do Not Call registry or list known to mankind.  It was my understanding that if you had an account or a credit card with a company, you were caught in some godawful loophole and the do not call no longer applied to you.  Did I misunderstand?I also thought the same held true for charities.  If you had ever donated to a specific charity before, they could continue to call you until you specifically told them to remove your name from their list.Does anyone out there know anymore about these alleged loopholes?

This is a valid number and if you call us at bank of america we can process your request to cease phone solicitation .... additionally visit donotcall.gov and register to the national do not call list.Thanks.

This lady called a***n tonight but on a new number.  647-288-7825  Same lady that called last night on 647-288-7959.  The lady said she is from BANK OF AMERICA.  BUT I CALLED BANK OF AMERICA, SEEING HOW I HAVE A FEW ACCOUNTS THERE.   i ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD A ***NCH IN CA***A AND THEY DO BUT CA***A ***NCHES DO NOT CALL HERE IN THE U.S. THEY ARE NEVER TO CALL CITIZENS IN THE US. SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FROM BANK OF AMERICA TOLD ME TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS AND REPORT THE NUMBER BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM.  CA***A BANK OF AMERICAS WILL NEVER CALL U.S. CITIZENS.  SCAM PEOPLE, IT'S ALL A SCAM, DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OUT TO ANYONE ONT HE PHONE FROM THESE NUMBERS.  I SHALL REPORT THIS NUMBER ASAP!!!!

This number called at 620pm central time.  The answering ma****e picked up and the lady thought she was talking to an actual person(the answering ma****e voice is the default that the ma****e comes with).  She kept saying my name and 'Hello' really loud like someone real was on the other end and ignoring her.  HOW ANNOYING!  The last thing i want to hear is some crazy lady screaming*****O and it echoing all over my house.  This is more than likely Bank of America, because they call me often, but it has never been from a Ca***a number that I recall, so be careful people.

I receive this phone almost everyday.At first only on weekday. Now on weekend also.

I have received 4 of these phone calls with no one answering.

Call was from Ca***a. He said he was with "Bank of America" and wanted toenroll me for free credit card protection. I told him the best way forme to protect my credit card was to "not talk about it over the phone!" I ***g up when he asked for my credit card number. Also, he sounded justlike Apu from the Simpsons cartoon show.
