I called back a heavy accented male answered IRS. I asked where he was located and received no answer for 5-7 seconds ( could hear others in background). So I asked "is this a scam?" He responded "Yeah, what are gonna do about it?"

This number had called my cell phone twice today, and leaves a message in a synthetic female voice. It s****s speaking before my voicemail s****s recording. I think it's probably spam. Only shows up as coming from the San Franci******y area. I'm not calling them back.

Called it back and asked to be taken off their call list. He then got nasty with me, so I did with him and asked to speak to someone who speaks better english, which really made him mad.

Says they are IRS, but the person answering is a foreigner who barely speaks English
