Anonymous This call involved a female crying and saying she was hurt. Then a male comes in the phone and asks if I know her. Because she requested to call me. He asks this multiple times. When I asked if she was okay and her location, he then asks me where I’m located. He asked this multiple times. While I was worried and asked her location. At that point, he said it was fine and ***g up. Language is Spanish.

Ben I called back a heavy accented male answered IRS. I asked where he was located and received no answer for 5-7 seconds ( could hear others in background). So I asked "is this a scam?" He responded "Yeah, what are gonna do about it?"
