Me. When I answer the phone to this number they **** up on me. The caller ID says Back**** Community. They call often, but not everyday.

these are people from an organization called WIND - they are RUDE head***ters - employee-paid fee, who call and call and as soon as you tell them that you are not interested they **** up on you. ****S! SHARKS!

I missed a call from this number.

They call me constantly on my mobiel phone. This morning it was from Jay. Not only are these calls harrassing, but the people who make the calls are truly of limited intelligence. They routinely **** up on me when I tell them to take me off their call list. If I knew who in the 650 area code was the carrier, I'd file a complaint.
