Someone called and they were mumbling and we could not understand the voice message.

A job was available if you like to have it.

This was a text from an invalid number what identified itself as Devoted Health and said that I had expressed interest in their health plans (which I had not). It gave me a number to call them back.

It will be investigated by the authorities in the 650 area code
