There is no note on my statements and there is no yearly survey. Claimed that "due to regular rate increases," I was overpaying credit card fees and she could get that rate down for me.

Said she was from merchant services. Claimed to have sent notices about over billing and got no response from me. Told her she was full of it and hung up. Had the nerve to call back twice after that , I let it go to answering machine.

Said she was with "Merchant Services," and wanted me to send her a copy of my bill from of current charges from Visa and Master Card.

SCAMMER: They call with a corporate office billing error. After calling the woman on her fraud she got rude and hung up the phone Caller ID came up with C****E COMM
