There is no note on my statements and there is no yearly survey. Claimed that "due to regular rate increases," I was overpaying credit card fees and she could get that rate down for me.

They were trying to tell us that our credit card processing fees were too high and that they would investigate and get us a refund.

Said she was from merchant services. Claimed to have sent notices about over billing and got no response from me. Told her she was full of it and ***g up. Had the nerve to call back twice after that , I let it go to answering ma****e.

Said she was with "Merchant Services," and wanted me to send her a copy of my bill from of current charges from Visa and Master Card.

Said they were with "Merchant Services," and offered a $300.00 rebate for "overcharges." It was the second call I had gotten from "them" in an hour, each from a different number.

SCAMMER: They call with a corporate office billing error. After calling the woman on her fraud she got rude and ***g up the phone Caller ID came up with CHELLE COMM
