Claimed to be w/ merchant services, calling about overbilling (left voicemail). Checked my merchant account then called them back. Ironically, same person that left vm prior day answered the phone. Asked them what company they were with or represent, asked 3x's before they said they were with the "hotel side"...he guessed the wrong industry. Complete scammer trying to phsish for personal info.

We were flagged because we were overcharged on our merchant statement. They were talking very fast and they were pretty rude. I asked too many questions, wanted too much information and they eventually ***g up on me.

Claimed to have access to our credit card processing account and said we were being over charged. Could not give us any info about our account, but wanted us to give info to her. Definitely spam.

Saying I overpaid and they had sent me so****ing in the mail and haven’t gotten a response. I ask a few questions all the while knowing I don’t even use a credit card ma****e or anything to do with credit cards and then finally I was like well. I know you’re a scammer because I don’t even use credit cards but I just wanted to waste your time a little bit.

Credit Card processing scam

The caller wanted to know about our credit card processing stating that we were over-paying on our statement. Stated we are over 2.0 on fees being charged. I knew it was a scam, as I know what % we are at every month.

Wanted to speak to credit card accounts payable, claimed to represent our credit card payment processor, but couldn't identify the company we use to process credit cards. I asked "which payment processor?" and they ***g up on me.

Could not give correct info. Kept Calling wanting personal info.
