They were from Apple. Her name is Amy Burnett (so she says). She had an Indian accent. She said my computer was hacked and I had to purchase Target gift cards with an encrypted number so that it can block the hackers. This is a brief summation of the bull#@%$ I went through. It was horrible.

D clearly a scam and rude

JJ i got a text from this number with ANOTHER number to call back to. when i placed the call they said that they saw where i had put in for a OIL job application. i haven't done that. plus they are somewhere in California, I'm looking and working in Mississippi, and also the lady who answered my call was very unorganized, rude, and just no way that it could be a legit call.
