The person has never been at this address, I am not responsible for them, and I do not owe money to anyone!!! STOP CALLING YOU ****S!!!

same as everyone else above.  however,  did you know, that if you answer the phone call and then **** up,  it creates a call record on your cell phone that is traceable.  I have s****ed doing this recently so that I can show proof on my bill that I am being harassed.

recieve calls from this number about 9 times per day, when the phone is answered no response at all, this is very annoying.

I keep getting calls from that number daily, at all hours on my cell.  Even on Sundays', but NEVER a message.  I have a Moto Q9c, How can I block that number?

I have had multiple calls per day on my cell from 651-204-1317 as well as 651-204-1395, and I have always let it go to voice mail, but they don't leave a message.  I finally called them back & they answered as IC Systems.  I have now added them to my blocked list on my cell phone.  Technology rocks!

I too received a call from 651-204-1317.  First a lady asks for the person, then they patch you through to some man.  Then they want to verify your mailing address.  When I would not comply, and asked what the call was in reference to, the man stated it was a personal matter.  I then asked that if you want my personal information then you would have to give me yours.  He then continued to attempt to get my home mailing address.  When I wouldn't give him the information he stated that he would call back at a later date.  I informed him not to bother since this was going nowhere.

I received many calls form this number and from 888-735-0697. They said they are IC Systems. I told them I don't know that name they are looking for, he she is not here. They said they'd take my number off of their list, but then continued to call back. Sometimes from the 651 # instead. I called that 651 # over and over a***n. They just told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the # out of their system. I called back 5 to 10 more times, I wanted a supervisor. Finally they put me through to a voicemail for Darvin. I left a message for them to quit calling right NOW, not in 1 day and certainly not 4 days from now. I have no idea who they are, but they almost always **** up when I answer the phone and are very annoying.

This is annoying! We just got a new cell phone service from Sprint and now these guys keep calling our number. This is really s****ing to get annoying because they're calling 4 - 8 times per day. If you answer the call you'll hear a recording asking you to hold. There's got to be some way to get them to stop calling. Any suggestions?

Rec'vd a call stating they are a Debt Collector on my cell number. Call back nuber given is 800-279-1783

They are a debt collector with poor phone records. They won't remove your number from their calling list and they indicate they don't maintain a DO NOT CALL list.  You can reach them by calling 1-888-312-3541.  However they won't identify themselves and won't answer your questions.  Expect more annoying calls in the future!

They are calling my home phone number looking for someone Ive never heard of. This has happened a number of times, with a number of collection agencies. A judge even call looking for this person.
