Area Code 651

Charles White This is not a number****ociated with Teladoc Health. It is a spam/data farming caller working for a third party company. This number has been calling someone in my houisehold for a couple months now... Turned in to the proper personnel.

This number called me at 8am, 8:10am, and 8:20am. When answered, you hear a beeping sound as if they are recording you. Happened a***n at 6pm, 6:08pm, and 6:12pm. Caller ID says Elk River RiteF*, and is from Minnesota.

I was called by this number and there was no voicemail left.  I called it back and the recording said it was someone from Ramsey County or the City of St. Paul, but that was a default number that would be displayed on caller ID.

Got a call from this number and I didn't answer it.  Then I got a text message to call 651-241-5150 but if I wanted to send a text back it would have went to 1000000000. Never had this happen before.

Jo I got a call from (651) 829-3109 on Dec 7, 2011 and was told I won a million dollar in a sweepstake. Not much details are provided. The call disconnected when I s****ed asking some questions.
