This number keeps calling me and leaves no message

I keep getting several phone calls a day from this company too. I see some of you say it's a collection agency, but I don't owe money to ANYONE. I would like to know how to block it. I'm am thinking maybe I need to call my cell phone provider, but they charge you for blocking calls. It's really s****ing to make me angry. It's the only "unknown" caller I ever get and it is all the time!! Anyone with answers would be greatly appreciated!

They called me almost every day from this number.I never answer. Don't recognided the number.

I get 5-6 phone calls daily from 651-204-1321, never leaves a message.  Anybody know who or what company this is?  It's from Minneapolis Minnesota

WANTED ME TO PAY A DR BILL IN FLA FOR A DATE THAT I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL IN ATLANTA. TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I COULDN'T BE IN 2DIFFERENT STATES AT THE SAME TIME. WOULDN'T LISTEN JUST KEPT SAYING "YOU LIE, PAY THE BILL"VERY RUDE. I TOLD THEM THAT THIS DOCTOR'S BILL WAS FRAUD AND TO PLEASE SEND ME A COPY OF THE CHARGES. HE IMMEDIATELY ***G UP

Unwanted calls have been placed by 651-204-1321. I want these calls stopped NOW.I am already a member of the Do Not Call list.  How dare they infect our privacy?

They call and call day and night never leave a message. From 8 am til 8pm they call. FRUSTRATINGGGGGG

They call all hours. They never leave a message on the answering ma****e. When we do pick up the phone, they are very nasty and threatening. They have been told repeatedly that the bill is in dispute but they demand payment anyway. We have asked for do***entation from them but they have never sent anything. They need to be put out of business! They have many numbers they call from also, not just this one.

I have no idea who these people are. They call me every day and they keep trying to find out my address and threaten that "this call is recorded"

kept saying this was Mr. Miller when he called my work, 1st my cell then WOR**** Not legal. He would not give a reason or response to why he was calling.

I receive calls on my cell, all day & night.  I do not answer numbers that are unknown to me or do not have a caller ID, research shows it to be the  I.C. collector, lanline.  I do owe medical bills, but make regular monthly payments, all with the provider's knowledge & approval.  I answered one time, and the same as other posts - rude, and would not give me information on what they were collecting!  So, may have been so****ing else?

Wanted my address and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER about a "Personal business matter" but would not tell me what the personal business matter was until I gave them the information.

This is why I don't answer mystery numbers.  If it is legit and important, why wouldn't they leave a message.

PLEASE STOP CALLLLLING. always asks for someone i know, same person yet is unwilling to****ist me in passing along a message. very rude. tells me call is being recorded, yet I could give a rats patoot. finally asked them to stop calling yet they still do. Said they are calling from ICU.. I google it yet nothing legit other than intensive care unit or the international cheer organization comes up. lame.

they call several times a day to my cell most the time no one is there today was the first time anyone spoke to me they said they are from I.C systems and wanted me to call a toll free # i asked what it was and he ***g up the phone on me i think it's a scam so watch out
