BS debt collection services working on a debt I paid off 14 years ago.

Calls every morning

Keep receiving calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  I decided to block my number and return the call.  The company represented themselves as "IC Systems."  I spoke with someone by the name of Nancy.  I explained to Nancy that I keep getting calls but no messages are left nor does the caller identify who they are.  She explained that they work with other businesses and are working from old numbers.  She insisted on getting more information from me, but I refused.  I politely explained that if she could tell me the name of the company inwhich I would have the relationship with, then I would be glad to provide any and all information requested if indeed I was the person they were inquiring, but I would not give out any information to someone/company in which I was not familiar with based on them saying they represent another company.  She explained she could have my number removed but would need information from me.  I told Nancy that next time the number calls me I would answer and confirm whether I'm the person in question if they state whom they are representing that I would have a business relationship and maybe then they could remove off their call list.

caller did not say anything just listened and ***g up.
