i keep getting call for someone i have never heard of and i have told each person that calls this but they keep calling

This comes up under 1 number, but they leave a message telling you to call

contiue to call all hours of the day and night, tie up my personal business/cell phone, won't answer, won't leave messages, and call every ten to fifteen minutes! it is annoying and hurting my business calls!

Called me and told me a was a horrible person because I could not pay my bill. He told me to post date 2 checks and I did. Then he told me to call the day they were to run it and tell them to stop the check and I'd pay by debit. I told him the checking account was closed and he encouraged me to do it anyway. I then told his supervisor and he got angry and s****ed with insults like I was dumb and called me a liar. His last statement was "well you are a horrible person and a liar" But he was the one who lied to me in the first place so he'd look like he'd got my money. His name is Mr. Mallick.

calls my home phone 10 to 15 times a day and also my cell phone everyday. They are very rude and derogatory when you talk to them. Keeps asking for someone who does not live here.

I have just learned that according to 15 U.S.C. § 1692k(2), a consumer doesn’t even need to prove actual damages in order to claim statutory damages of up to $1,000 per person, plus attorney fees, so long as one can prove that they've violated the FDCPA--which they have and will. Who's up for a class action lawsuit?

caller calls my cell 2 or 3 times a day. lets the phone ring only once then ****s up, leaves no message. this has been going on for a couple of weeks now. number is always busy when call is returned

Calls multiple times and is the only people to argue back. Said some derogatory term about my mother and called my ***her a child along with being rude throughout the call!

They keep asking for someone that I don't know. I guess I should feel lucky that it's not someone that I know. That appears to be a worse situation. I'm doing what I can to make it known what IC Systems is about.

Call for Eric who is unknown to us. This is a new number, so Eric may have had it, who knows. Have asked them repeatedly to stop calling. They lied repeatedly and siad they would correct the file. Have filed a complaint to their "New Customer" contact. Will file a complaint with my phone company.
