They call here three or four times. I don't pick up but caller ID says I.C. System. I guess because they claim I owe someone so****ing they can disregard the "Do Not Call" registry.

This company has called my cell phone everyday for 2 weeks now. Today there up to 6 calls with no message left!! its just annoying, I mean if they want to talk so bad should'nt they at least leave a message?!?!

This is a collection agency and the reps are very rude. They do not identify themselves nor the company. If they do identify themselves it is only by first name and they give a false employee id number. They claim they cannot give this information for security purposes. They are used to collect for AT&T wireless. I spoke with Abi who was very rude.

5th call about a credit card debt someone else owes who is not affliated with my cell phone. 7461

They call every day looking for someone who apparently owes money. They refuse to stop even though the socials don't match.

This number has called my cell phone 4 times in the last 12 hours! I never answer out of state numbers and I haven't answered this one, nor will I ever answer it! I, too, HAD AT&T but switched to verizon because I wasn't happy with their service BUT I ported my number!

Called my cell phone ask me to pay a bill that is not due until 8/2009 for AT&T, called AT&T they did not authorize the call. A***n today same number call my phone 10 times, called the police and filed a report - reported scam to AT&T - blocked the # from my phone. Also contacted my state representative and alerted them to this issue

I just received a phone call today and when I called back the guy on the line asked for my phone number's area code then when he "couldn't find it" he trry to ask me for my social security number. Ha I laughed at him and he said I must have called the wrong number. Now I am going to play the annoying game I will begin to harass them. Everyday until the company c****es their number our close down I will constantly call them every hour.

I received many calls from them about a supposed debt. I refused to pay because they couldnt provide me with original account info. They finally mailed me a statement of the original debitor and it wasnt even mine. Same name wrong state. They still call me and wont accept that it isnt my debt.

They always look for linda, however, I have said that I am not linda.I put the phone number to my reject list. They keep call me more times than ever. I am mad now....Want to dress him down.

We fell behind on our account with AT&T. They disconnected our cell. My Husband called AT&T to make payment arrangements. AT&T was very cooperative and accepted payments. The account was paid in full! This fly by night collection agency is still calling. Very rude to say the least. Angry because they didn't get a cut.

Someone calls my home everyday including Sundays at least six times per day. I Have spoken to a Rep and explained that It it under the wrong name from AT&T Mobile as their error as this was a family plan should have been under my parents name. This is not my account. i have received 28 calls from this number in a 11 day period. the 16th of December 5 calls, and the 3 days following that i got 4 calls a day from this number

My girlfriend got a call " intimating her to pay the bill that was overdue from the AT&T phone service". They asked her for the card and CVV no. She gave it to them ( Guys, never ever do this...!!!!). I don't know who hires such agencies and what sort of company policy ask customers for their card details. This is an inconvenience and AT&T should look into this.

Caller ID shows I.C. Systems Inc. Has called 3 times in the last hour. Leaves no message. I do not answer callers who leave no message. I have no knowledge of this company and have no outstanding amounts which would prompt such calls if this is a debt collector!

IC System is a debt collector. I used to work there. Worst two years of my professional career. Ethics aren't high on their list. I believe they focus on medical related collections, although that may have c****ed. They are based in Arden Hills, MN. They are taught to be relentless - measured by how many calls they make.

My mother (who is legally disabled) had a debt in collections. The person who is calling her up to 6 times a day is "slamming" her with insults by asking her if she is "******" and is demanding she pay this debt at once! These people are completly disrespectful and are breaking the law!

These fellows called and a recorded message asks you if you are still online; no idea if they can use the recorded response for any purpose but this is what they are doing. They will have a hard time carrying out a a switch in phone companies but have no idea what they are doing with these calls.
