these complete scubags from the collection agency ICE have harassed me for 2 weeks on average 8 times a day looking for some deadbeat named jennifer who previously had my number. it took six requests to remove my number from their database until these phone ****eys stopped harassing me, even though i was promised the harassment would stop in 24-48 hrs. ICE employees or what ever contractor they work for are the ****iest, rudest phone ****eys i have ever had to interact with. when i explained that i had requested 5 times that my # be removed from their database some midwest princess with a minnesota accent rudely told me "it takes 24-48 hrs to be removed" like it was my fault and I was the one harassing her. UNACCEPTABLE.

These people call me almost every morning about 5 in the morning and argue with me about who i am. They are the rudest people i have ever talked to. They never stop calling..ITS ANNOYING.

They call my cel phone beginning at 8 am in the morning and I have even had them call a late as 10pm.  I am so tired of them...when I get my Target card bill caught up I am going to let them know what this compnay is doing.  I lost my job due to my illness (Lupus) and  I expained that to them they put me on a hardship program of $100.00 a month...I have no income!!!  Where am going to get the money...

These people are very rude!!!  They call as early as 7am in the nornings, all hours of the afternoon, and over and over in the evening.  Don't they get the message already.  ***ody wants to talk to these rude people.  STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!

this number is a collections agencey for target and several other companys, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR ALLOW THEM TO TAKE ANY MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. I was told if i needed to c****e my payment date that to call back and they would work with me,well the wouldnt i ask them to move it back 2 days and they would not! so i then asked them to canncel my payment and they would not do that either! if this company was to call me a***n i would just say no and pay my credit card through target. they make it sound like they are target.

I bought a TracFone on Sa****ay from Target. The only person I have given the number to so far is my husband. I do not have a Target card, so why would they call me.

This definately is Target's colcction dept. I called back to make a payment on an overdue credit card account....the calls stopped BUT they were VERY rude! I understand they are debt collectors, but times have to be hard for them just as they are for the people they are calling so they need to re-evaluate their at***udes...and I sure did tell the woman she had a bad at***ude, and if she's going to call my phone she can have a little more respect than she did!!

This number 651-204-1366 keeps trying to come through on my fax line and it's irritating and won't stop.

This guy all of you are talking about is annoying and rude he calls me every day , weekends as well .Early , Late, he does not care. If someone is calling my number I sure like to know who is calling me, I should not have to explain anything on the phone untill I know who is calling. Especially now these days.

Got a call from this number and looking for a person they could not even*****ounce the name. They sounded very intimidating from the very first word and they do not want to reveal their purpose other than they are from "IC Systems". They keep on calling and becomes annoying.

This is to "the person that pays her bills" who say we take advantage of credit card companies:These Collections agencies actually BOUGHT all these bad accounts from the credit card companies at a discount, hoping to make a profit when the people repay the full amount back plus interest. These collections agencies know the accounts are bad when they buy them. Then they try to act all ****ed off when they're left holding a bunch of worthless accounts receivables, people who have no money to give them. LOLThat's why collections agencies are getting so ****y. Just imagine being in their position, buying all these bad accounts hoping to strong arm people in to paying, and then the worst economic disaster of the century comes and paying off old debt is the last thing on peoples minds. I can't say I feel bad for them one bit.  It's got to be the worst industry to be in right now. Anyone who gets a job at a collections agency at this time thinking they're going to make some coin is in for a surprise! :)

they call me about twice a day - almost always at work - and they always ask for emily - every time i've answered i've told them they have the wrong number...

Similar story here as to what was posted above.  I had an outstanding debt with target of $30.  Due to late fees as stated by this company I now owe $120.  The calls are annoying but they are within the law.Anyways, here's what you do to get it to stop.  Go on craigslist for a location in Minnesota.  Make a post selling so****ing good for cheap.  Not so cheap that it couldn't be possible, but post a really good deal.For example, "52 inch NON-HD TV, Good shape!  $150.00"List this number as your only contact information: 651-204-1366Repeat the process a few times in a few different counties.  It would probably only take 20 or 30 people 2 hours a week to jam their phone lines with callers looking to buy stuff.

To "A Person Who Pays Her Bills" - I pray for the day you ever have to be late with a bill, or unable to make payments on bills.  May you never know what others of us are dealing with during these very difficult economic times.  Take note, the folks that are able to post on here are only a small number of people who actually can afford a phone or internet service.

I received a call from this number the other day.  I missed it and called back.  The guy that answered asked what number I was calling from and asked me if I was Amy Meyer.  I replied no, he asked a***n, I replied no a***n and he ***g up.  Now today I get another call from that number.  Has anyone tried contacting Target?  As for the person who told everyone it wouldn't happen if they paid their bills- I've never missed a bill, I've never been late paying a bill so there goes your theory.  Nice try though.

This guy keeps calling me like every few hours and asks for someone called Jason Bust. I have no clue who that is and i keep telling him that. He calls me every day and i got to where i just ignore it. He even calls me during school.

If you people would pick up the phone, pay your bills and stop being deadbeat debtors, you will not recive the phone calls.  Stop taking advantage of these credit card companies when they loaned you money when you needed it.  It is all of you guys fault that the economy is the way it is.  S**** PAYING YOUR BILLS BACK, WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YOU TO STEAL FROM THESE COMPANIES, NO ONE FORCED YOU TO OPEN THE CARD SO PAY IT BACK.

I did some reading on another site that says they are collectors from Target.  So if you owe for a Target credit card or so****ing they are calling.  Do a Google search for this number and the first site that comes up has a lot of info.  Apparently a lot of people are getting these calls.

Received a call from 651-204-1366 asking for a MS. Brown.  I explained the number called is for a Tech Support Technician working for Mango Bay Internet and no one with the last name brown works for the company.Several calls in the past were received from this number.

This phone number has called me 10 times in one day. Once I called it back they told me that they were looking for a Rosa so****ing or other. When I told the guy that I was not that person, he was so rude to me on the phone and s****ed mocking me saying "excuse me that isn't me" These people are crazy and rude and obviously have nothing better to do! I wouldn't be suprised if this is some scam-but I intend to get to the bottom of it.

It is collections from Target. They call my home 6 to 8 times a day. I also paid my credit card bill on time for 18 months then my fiance got disable for life in an accident 10 months ago, when I tried to explain this to the male caller he was very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation and told me I should get a home health care nurse for my fiance and get a second job. WHAT??? He was a total a**!!!

This number 651-204-1366 has been calling my sister in law several times a day for the last passsed 2 weeks. It is a man and calls as early as 6:00am and as late as 3:00 in the morning. He tells my sister in law awfull things over the phone. My sister in law keeps on telling him that she is not the person who he is looking for. But he continues to call and bother her.He is a sick person that has nothing better to do. Someone needs to stop this crazy person. What can we do ???

They have called my cell phone at all hours, every day of the week as early as 7am.  They are saying that I owe for a phone bill back in 1998.
