I did a short sale on this guy's house like a year ago, and my phone number has since appeared on all of his creditors list.  I called these jokers back, and they were pretty nice, seeing as how I live in a different state from this guy and have never even met him face to face. They said they took my number off the list, but I've asked them to do that at least 10 times now.  It's getting old!

I also receive calls from this number up to 12 times a day!!!  I have no collection agencies after me but they do not answer when I pick up the phone.  They call my cell number and my home!

These ****s call 4-5 times a day, s****ing at 8:10 am.  Never leave a message.I'm not late on any credit cards, I pay on time.

IC systems, Inc is a collection agency harassing people about old debt dismissed by bankruptcy.  They buy the debt for 10 cents on the dollar and then try to collect 100 percent.  They are the type of company that needs to be put out of business.  I am going to the State Attorney General and file a complaint a***nst them.

they call my cell phone all of the time. I do not answer and they do not leave a message. I answered yes****ay and they ***g up?  What the F*** do these a** holes want? If you are reading this why dont you have the ***** to say anything or are you just a B***h (Male or Female)!I also get calls from warrantee companies about my car warrantee expireing.  I ask which car? and they cant tell me because they are full of s**t. Just tell them you only have a Honda spree from 1985. Is this the vehicle you are refering to. Oh it's not then good by and dont call back!

I received a **** up this morning, also. I called the number back and got a message that the call was being recorded for quality purpose, then dead air. No one ever came on the line.I'm pretty sure that it is a collection agency. We don't owe anyone any money. It has to be an agency for Toyota, though, because my daughter used to get calls from a collection agency from Toyota, but she paid off the car. Toyota uses really low life collection agencies, from various parts of the country, maybe even prisons. The callers sound that bad.

I get calls at work and at home and they never leave a message.  When they are calling at home it only rings one or two times, they have ***g up by the time I get there.  I got their number off of caller ID.  They s**** calling at 8:00 am.  If they want me to call them back, why don't they leave a message.  THEY ARE DRIVING ME AND MY FAMILY CRAZY!!!!

Just had a strange encounter with these folks.  I, too, get **** up calls from them.  When I called back, I told the gal who answered for IC Systems that I get calls on my switchboard all day long from her company.  I told her that if she could tell me, from my company's phone #, who they were trying to reach, I would give her that person's direct line.  Sure enough, she typed in my company's main # and gave me the name of one of our employees.  I then gave her one of our very seldom used fax #s instead of his direct line and she confirmed she c****ed it in the system.  She never took my name and I don't know if c****ing the # erased the original # they had, but I think this might slow them down for awhile, if not stop them completely.  I'm very surprised how smoothly it went, but, then a***n, she was under the impression that she was getting info to help her collect money, so she fell for it hook, line and sinker!

Calling repeatedly from this number and a 800 number and a 866 number every day.  IC systems-

I have worked for a credit cleaning company and cease and desist letters as the other poster stated are the way to go also and you can copy even if you don't send the letter to them the Better Business Bureau, reporting their call activity to the Fair Debt Collections Act.Most collection agencies tend to rely on the fact that the majority of people don't know their rights.And yes, Wamu/Providian *****ed us and we refuse to pay for what we do not owe in late fees and over the limit fees.  We get a different story for every Wamu rep we have talked to for months.  Ohhhhh just pay "this" amount and it will reinstate you to current and BLAM the next day or two another extra fee, charge, and story from Wamu reps.  At this point I'd rather let it go to collections and settle for pennies on the dollar.OHHHHH and if you DO make a settlement offer to a creditor put a restrictive endor*****t on the back of the check that states cashing this check cons***utes payment in full on the account and creditor will no longer harm my credit.  Make a copy of the check and the settlement offer in writing (if you can get one if not and they cash the check it is a legal contract) so if they don't take it off your credit you can send it to credit bureaus who will.Most collections are interested in getting your money not harming your credit.

This comapany calls every day. never leaves a message. When I try to call back.....get put on hold forever....then vru comes on says too busy now and to call back. I finally answered the phone tonight...girl would not tell me why she was calling but expected me to verify my husbands birthdate for her....are they nuts??? I reported them to the Do No Call Registry today. I will send a letter to FCC and the States Attorney of Minnesota and see what can be done.

Write a cease and desist Credit letter. There are examples if you do a search. by law they have to stop calling you. I did this and I haven't gotten a call from these #$&^#@^%& in 3 days.

10-12 times a day this number calls my house and when we answer there is no one there they s**** at 7am and call up until after 9pm I am tired of it

I have gotten 2 calls from this number today.  I answered the first time and ***ody was there.  Didn't answer the second time to see if they would leave a message...nope.

My ex forced me into bankruptcy years ago. I learned throughout that process how to stop the calls. The easiest way is to answer the call from the collection agency. Act as if you will send them a payment. Get the address to mail the payment, but instead send a "cease and desist" letter. Send it certified return receipt. Once they receive the letter stating to cease and desist all contact with you they must, by law, stop calling!

I'm tired of this number calling day and night. They call from all the numbers multiple times a day. It s****s at 8:30 am sharp and doesn't stop until 9pm. Even today, a Sunday, rings off the hook. All of our phones are cell phones and I have multiple numbers programmed in all phones with silent rings or else the phones would never stop. Yes, we are avoiding debt collections, and we have our reasons, but it's really getting annoying. According to the Fair Debt Collections Act, if you just write to these people and tell them that they are not to contact you via phone, they have to stop. It's the only way I'm going to save my new phone from it ****ing the battery. I don't want to c****e my number either. It's ****ed my phone.

I have been getting this calls for last few days on my VOIP phone ( I use Lingo). So I logged in to Lingo and forwared all calls from this numers to the same number. So when they call, the call will go right back to them. BTW, I have an active WAMU credit card account with $0 balance, so dont see why they will be calling me.

They keep calling my cell phone several times a day, asking for a gentleman I've never heard of.  Getting annoying as it's my during my office hours when they call.Who is this company?

The number in question is owned by I C Systems in St Paul MN.  They are a debt collection company and will call repeatedly even after you have spoken with them.  Report them to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.  The repeated calls are in volation of the Deb Collection Laws.

tell the ****s that you NEVER had anything to do with IC Sytems!  "I don't owe you anything!"  Then the'll say they represent WaMu.  Tell them you don't owe THEM anything.  The'll repeat, "We took over WaMu's debtor's account and now I owe them"  Tell them you NEVER made any agreement with IC Systems/ I don't know who you are. I DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING!"  Drives them crazy..... when you have the time

This number has been calling my place of business multiple times a day for the past week. They usually just **** up when you say*****o, but today they asked for someone who doesn't work here. Any suggestions on how to get them to stop?
