I get calls every single day, multiple times a day and no one ever leaves a message. The numbers are 208-758-0231 & 651-204-1376. People have said that the numbers are Credit One Bank and IF I answer, there is no one there and it's dead air. I've recently blocked both numbers on my phone and it goes directly to v/m. These people use multiple numbers from varied locations. incessant calls with no messages left. Hate them!

I.C. Systems is a collection agencies for Credit Cards Companies.

I got two calls today at work on my cell phone from this number, but didn't know from who it was. Thank you! Credit One has several phone numbers I know of two other numbers they use.  800-796-7303 & 208-758-0231.  If they call your work tell them "I am on a recorded line and I can not take this call at work.  The best time to reach me is after ____ and give them your home number. or whatever number you want to them to call you on. Tell them to remove this number from their records or you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission say thank you and **** up. They cannot call you at work a***n after you tell them not too.  Register your Cell phone with the DO NOT CALL Registry.  If they call your cell phone and you have not given them this number personally, tell them that this number is registered with the DO NOT CALL registry and they are in they are in violation for calling this number. Tell them they need to remove this number from their records and not call this number a***n or they will be reported. Say thank you and **** up.The reason for making yourself available.   If they can't reach you at home they will keep digging for other means to get in contact with you. including work, cell numbers, family members that you referenced at some time in the past on do***ents and even e-mail address. so make yourself available at home to talk with them if your having trouble paying your bills. If your not having trouble paying your bills and it's just a just a case of they have the wrong phone number, Let them know that they have the wrong number and not to call you anymore.

This number continues to call a place of business and insisting the person they need to talk to is at this number. Please STOP!!

I receive calls from I C Systems Inc, 10 or more times a day. Doing the weekdays and on the weekends. What is disturbing is they call on a Sunday all day long. Sunday is God's day why do these people keep calling me, and how did they get my number. I wish they would stop calling my number.

the 651-204-1376 call my cell phone all the time i got a lawyer and the can get stop them and make them pay for calling a cell phone that if your on a no call list like me so if it a bill the will pay it for me just tri me that y the us made the no call list all u need is there no it call do not call list tri it in 30 day it will stop have fun

i am having call from this no since 10 days before that they were doing call  from 800-720-9997...now it is almost a month they are calling on my number .... more then 10 times a day....really weird i dont have credit card from that comp....

This company calls using I. C , Systems, but when you answer , there is no one there, I understand it is an automated dialing system, but what is the point, it the phone is answered and no one picks up on their end? I do not have a credit card with them , never had.

I just reported COB for a different number.  This one says I.C. Systems, Inc. and they call EVERY DAY, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.I should let my toddler talk to them.

credit one bank must have several numbers they call from, because each of the4 or 5 numbers that have called me and I checked on here say Credit one bank--they all have different area codes!!!

They wont stop calling me, its annoying!!

This is the front desk of a surgery department and I get calls from this number on almost a daily basis. I keep telling them that the person they are calling has her own office and I give them her direct extension,but they still keep calling. They're a nuisance and tie up the phone lines in the operating room.

Credit One keeps calling my cell phone 4-5 times a day. They checked their system and I am not even in their system. No reason what so ever for them to be calling me.

They call constantly and they never tell us what they want. They usually ask for one of us, but they never tell my husband what they want. They just **** up on us.
