I receive several calls from the above number on a daily basis.  I managed to talk with someone at that number by the name of Michelle who was very rude and threatening today.  She would not identify who she worked for with the exception of giving me her name when I first answered the phone.  I never provide anyone with information about me over the phone if I do not know them.  I told her this but she threatened that she would continue to call repeatedly and the calls will not stop.  Now that I've found out how rude they are, I will never respond to the number on my caller ID.  I would still like to know what I can do to prevent them from calling me a***n (although I will

I C Systems calls me about 8-10 times a day, I have spoken with representative and informed him I would not be able to pay for a couple of months and to discontinue the phone calls till then.  He was very rude and****ured me that the harrassing phone calls would continue till the debt was paid.  I am sending a letter to inform them to stop the phone calls and will follow with a complaint to the Attorney General.

This company calls 4 times a day, and **** up or even question handicapped relatives. So annoying.

This company is unreal!!! This has gone beyond telephone harra*****t of countless calls all day long on both my land-line and cell phone - they have mailed a nastygram collection letter to a family member who lives 1500 miles away, and has no dealing with my financial affairs! The letter turns out to be a collection notice for a Verizon land-line telephone bill, which I had disconnected, and the final settle-up bill paid long ago. There has to be a law....

I am disputing a bill from AT&T but I C Systems is handling the process. We recently went on vacation for two weeks and they have resorted to calling my house several times a day without leaving a message. They are also calling my in-law's house. When my in-laws ask information about why they are calling for me or even where they are calling from, the I C Systems Inc representative ****s up. It became a daily occurrence until we returned. This is downright harassment. I spoke to I C Systems earlier this month and asked for so****ing in writing explaining the charges from AT&T but I have yet to receive anything. I asked them to remove my in-law's number but they yes me to ***** and do not comply. Apparently when we signed up for telephone service 11 years ago the form asked for the nearest relative not living with us. Since I listed my in-laws, (who live across the state) this give them the right to harass them. Besides the rude representatives, a lot more has been going on. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office as well as the Public Utilities Commission (PUC).By the way, they called me a***n this morning and the rep was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she ***g up on me. I called back and asked to be transferred to her; she ***g up as soon as I told her my name. I am now calling the office of the president at AT&T to report the incident. I do not know what that will do but it will certainly make me feel better. I worked for a call center for a few years and have grown to respect the people who do this type of work day in and day out in a professional manner but I cannot condone rude behavior.

I just got my cell phone fixed today after it was down for a week. A number similar to this called me every morning at 9am previously. Minutes after my cell phone was fixed this number was calling me every half hour from 2pm-8pm. They never left a message so I never answered. If they do the same thing tomorrow I'm planning on telling them where to go.

I get called nearly daily on my CELL phone no less by this phone number.  Not knowing who it, I do not answer, and a message is never left.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but find it very ineffective a***nst fighting these annoying calls.  There erally needs to be a group, agency, so****ing that is willing to take on repeat offenders such as this number.

I can't stand this number.  I don't know what to do!  It keeps on saying "This is an important call...", and then I'm like, "it's not!" and I **** up.

I keep getting calls from this # asking for Jake and when I call back they tell me they will remove me from their system.  So far, I have not been removed from their system and all the people are very rude.

I got at least eight calls from this number today.  I don't know who they are but I shouldn't have to consider c****ing my phone number just to have a bit of peace and quiet.
