I've been getting the same calls.  If you pick up they put you on hold and finally someone will pick up and ask who you are.  They called you and ask who you are.  I gave them the wireless number they were calling and they said they would need a name (first, last) and last 4 of a SS#.  I gave them fake info and they told me that with that number and name I owed them money.  I told them to take me off their calling list and now i'm getting even more calls.  Seems like there is now way to stop this.  This is the main reason I got rid of my landline and now I get to go through it all over a***n.IC System******x ***78St Paul MN 55164Caller ID: 651 204 1395Caller: IC SystemsCaller Type: Collection Agency

similar as aboveI get calls for my son who moved out years ago and when I tell them not to call they ignore me - or even laugh at me. My number is also on the do not call list.I wouldn't be so bothered except the callers are smug, unprofessional and arrogant. It's a***nst the law to call someone after they tell you to not call them. Sort of like electronic trespassing. Everyone who gets annoyed with them should do the same.

They are calling me repeatedly asking for someone else.  When I tell them they have the wrong number and ask them to remove it, they say okay but continue calling.  Then the operator gets rude with me and ****s up, as if it's my problem!

They continue to ask for someone who does not live here not matter how many times they have been told that person does not live here.  They are extremely nasty and my cell phone IS on the no call list and has been for some time.  Does not seem to matter.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and they ***g up on me after telling me to answer the question!

Constant calling 4-6 timesa day

It called me for several times for William Shipman. This is my phone not his. I called back to report that you dial the wrong number. It's gone for a month. Now, it called me a***n for William Shipman. I waited in the line, wasting my minutes to catch up with operator. I told her that you dialed the wrong number. However, it called back a***n in the afternoon. Stop calling me!!!

Yes this is IC Systems, don't know anything about them.  We mess with them and make them pay for long distance calls by answering and setting the phone down.  We never, ever say "hello".  Pass this along, if IC Systems shows up on your caller ID just answer the call and set the phone down until it cuts off.  At least you get the satisfaction of knowing they paid for a call and you didn't have to deal with them.  We also put it in front of speakers and play music to them so they don't really know what is up.  I'd say that they are s****ing to "get it".

This number calls my phone 6-12 times a day...never leaves a message..just ****s up on the ma****e...I have stopped answering my phone...Its IC Systems...A medical bill collector...For hospital bills....They are so aggresive that we are working with the hospital for a grant and they are still trying to bully us into paying them directly out of pocket.  I dont think that they 100 percent ligit.  BEWARE!!

Unknown caller never leaves message when I pick up they have an automated voice mail.  Call about 2 to 3 times a day.

Unknown name keeps calling all hours of day and night never leaves a messege.Called it back and it said ICC systems trying to reach you on a possible buisness matter a live agent will be calling you back shortly.

They keep calling & calling looking for a Mildred.  I keep telling them that we have just been****igned this new phone number and no Mildred is here.  But they just keep calling.  I'm s****ing to get ****ed.

I 3rd day of 2 calls per day...not one vmail.  I decided to call it back.Automated message said thanks for calling for a business oportunity from IMC a live agent will be calling you back.

Multiple repeat calls during day.

My son has been rec'ing 2 or more calls on his cell from this number per day and no one leaves a message or talks when he answers it. His cell phone can't block a number:(

I have been getting this number on my cell phone twice a day. So much for being on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

CALLS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY,EVEN LATE AT NIGHT! WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.
