Threatening a lawsuit for payday loans.

scam caller from payday loans (651-217-0790) number comes up under A Rajurkar. Call came in and said "This is an important call please press 1 to speak to a representative. so I pressed 1, informed the lady that answered I said this is a collection call and she said they were not a collection agency but I had to hold on so she could find out. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, then she came on and told me she was going to pass me thru to the person I needed to speak with. Next lady came on her name was Jennifer probably the same one from before, she said my name and I said yes and asked who I was talking to and she never told who they were. Then she said there was a complaint a***nst me for a payday loan that the people tried to collect from my bank account and that the account was closed and they were unable to pull money from the bank account. I informed her that I did not take a payday loan out and that if I needed money I would go to my bank and get it from there before that bs. I do not believe in payday loans and would prefer to give my money back to the bank that I know where I got the money from and from whom I deal with on a daily basis. This is not the first time for this but I sure wish it would be the last SO HERES MY COMPLAINT ON THIS NUMBER.... STOP CALLING
