This guy is very rude and he better not ever call me a***n unless he wants to find himself in court. He treatens you also so be careful.

This guy is entirely unprofessional. We spoke and I told him I couldn't pay my account at the moment and he said he'd check back in next month. He called me 5 days later asking if I figured it out yet. I told him we had talked about this, he got snippy and told me I could deal with the attorney.

This Gary Richards is with American Accounts - Called my cell phone 2x and my work phone with in 3 minutes of each other!  This is for health care that should have been paid by insurance and the provider is the only one that can correct it, not this airhead!
