Call came from Singapore +65 1615 1912. but then gave a local call back number in the recorded voicemail from "Rich" Here's what the voicemail said: "Hey there. Sorry to bother you. My name is Rich and my partner and I are actually looking to buy some property right in that area. I saw yours and look it up online, and we're interested in making you a cash offer. Uh, if you're interested, can you give me a call back at 651-301-7423 Again, My name is rich. We even pay your closing costs and stuff. So it's really easy If you'd like to sell 651-301-7423. Thanks."

Rich called and said he and his partner want to buy a house in our area and offered cash for ours. He says they even pay closing costs.

Recently bought property in my area. Now wants to buy my house for cash just like the other commenters notes. The call asked for me to call back this number but it was generated by a North Branch phone number. Weird.
