100% SCAM. At best, ILLEGAL TELEMARKETING; At worst IDEN***Y THEFT/Credit Card PHISHING SCAM. Since we've gotten NINETEEN of these calls since 2/21/15 (19 in24 days) from almost all different numbers/areacodes, including this 'new' one today, I tried a different tactic today. Blocking doesn't work on the c****ed, S****ED numbers. This one is likely yet another in the "Switch Your Electric Provider" OR "Buy Solar Panels Over the Phone" (!) CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM Ruses. So today I answered with "CRIMINAL CALL INVESTIGATION BUREAU, INVESTIGATOR MILLER (Fake Name); This call is being recorded." [This is NOT ILLEGAL; I never said I was a Law Enforcement Official or Office; "Investigation Bureaus" can be PRIVATE.] CLICK. Lets see if that stops them or slows them down at all.
