Wanted to know if I have Medical****istance and/or Medicare. I told them I could barely hear them because it was so noisy in the background and they repeated the question. I said, "if you're from my benefit department, you should already know that.", they tried to tell me that they were just confirming the information. I asked "For whom?", and they ***g up.

Received three calls an hour apart s****ing at 8:15am, when answered there was no one there.
