I called the number back and chose the option when prompted to be placed on their do not call list. Thanks to all those who commented back - I didn't pick up the phone when they called and instead searched the number online and found this comment board, so I knew what needed to be done to get rid of w***ver these people were- which is very annoying that we now have to go through these kinds of steps to figure these things out....but thank you all - I appreciate those who made comments!

They call every day and never leave a message.

This number calls constantly. A lady claims to be with some sort of Health Insurance Enrollment. It sounds like an automated system. They ask for personal information. Don't answer calls from this number! I saved it under a "Wrong Number" contact so I don't waste any more time attempting to answer it.

They keep calling my cell, I've been ignoring it till today. I called the number back when answer it a recording & also they don't provide company info. They do however, think you're attempting to return a call to 1 of their costumer reps or to be put on their no call list. I choosed the later

I said*****o. Woman said she was from "Health Enrollment Center" and could give me a great health insurance quote in less than 5 minutes. Of course she was going to ask me for my personal information. I had no idea who she really was and I certainly was not going to give her my personal information so I told her I didn't need any help. Click. She ***g up with no further thank you or good day or anything. Total scammer.

Yes didn't leave a message don't know anyone on St Paul Minn so another spammer and scanner called me at 901am today left no message not worth my time of day.

Annoying calls from 651-333-4168. Minneapolis/St.Paul, Minnesota area code. Probably telemarketer. Weird "telemarketer room" sounds in background, and that "telemarketer pause" when you say "hello." Even though I'm on a no-call list, telemarketer ****s still keep calling my cell phone. WHEN will the law be enforced, to stop these people from wasting my time and money on their ****** calls? WHEN will these people get busted? I don't want these nuisance calls!
