Keeps calling our doctor office - no person, just beeping. Faxed the number back and stated that they are tying up the lines at a medical office but received no response.

Calls over and over on different days and always has fax machine noise. Have faxed back this is a doctor's desk phone and not a fax machine, to no avail. Many others get this fax noise.

I work in a hospital and we receive faxes from United Healthcare from this number to different fax machines. But this number calls an office phone here multiple times a day as well which is very aggravating since we cannot figure out who at UHC can fix this.

This caller is not spam. Apparently someone gave your number in error. I work in the medical field. This number is mainly from Humana but can be from other insurance companies like United HealthCare. I receive explanation of benefits or payments from this number.

I am a private practice psychiatrist in Pennsylvania and this annoying number calls twice on my land line. It goes to voice mail and the message is 8 seconds long, beeping like it is trying to fax me.

We are a veterinary hospital. They called on our regular office line 6 times so far, in a span of 4 hours, only to put out sounds like a beeping FAX on their end. Very counterproductive to getting our clients and patients taken care of without thoughtless interruptions.

This number called me at 8am, 8:10am, and 8:20am. When answered, you hear a beeping sound as if they are recording you. Happened again at 6pm, 6:08pm, and 6:12pm. Caller ID says Elk River RiteF*, and is from Minnesota.
