Leave a CommentMike you must have nothing better to do than reply to people who you have no clue about. I'm going out on a limb and saying you are a collector. I used to be one, but wasn't as****inine as you are sounding. Things happen in life that people can't control and yes, they fall behind but most are willing to do what they can, just the companies aren't willing to work with them.
Obviously Mike has nothing better to do than reply and slam people he has no idea who they are or what their situation is. I keep getting calls from this number as well, no message left but numerous calls daily. They are only allowed one call per day by law, but keep calling regardless. I have no idea who they are, can't get through to anyone when I call back and have not received any correspondence from them. There's nothing on my credit report from them, or any other delinquent accounts that are in collections so no idea what they want. If this is an old debt has to be from more than four years ago!
i pick up the phone and they are looking for bill dillon he is giving my phone number out. this has been going on for about 5 years. i would like to sue him and helen for they keep giving my number out. i do not know these people i need to stop being harrassed morning noon and night. what can i do?
Actually it is beneficial if you record the calls. Personally, it doesn't affect the conversation at all in any way shape or form. The best part of this entire topic is the fact that the obvious resolution is very simple.Live within your means and pay your bills. You are in total control of this situation and believe it or not, you can prevent collection calls, by simply paying your legal obligations.enjoy!
This is a scavenger collection agency; tries to collect old debts any way they can. Offer to record their phone calls, tell them this and all future calls are being recorded (and then do it) and they'll **** up.
Actually they worked with me too. I spoke with a David and got my payments worked out where I could afford it and will pay it off for less than I originally owed. If you borrow money, you have to pay it back or its theft. My problem was that I lost my job, but David worked with me so I could pay it off and still afford to pay rent and feed my family.
I had great credit but went bad in two weeks from the get go. I paid everyone that didn't call and now the rest won't get a dime since they "used" to call- these guys just s****ed. Good luck! This has happened twice before and I waited for the 7 years statue of limitations to pass twice! I don't even hear the phone ring from these people on cell or home. Have a great Holiday loser collectors! Can't get a job besides dialing a phone or is that done for you *****s too! HaHaHa b**tfU^*+rs!
They've been calling me and asking for a person whose name I don't recognize. Hope this helps.Frontline****et Strategies LLC.1935 County Road B2 W Ste 425Saint Paul, MN 55113(651) 621-2800 and (651) 621-2803
I totally agree with your statements, and have noticed that most of the complaints are from people that are screening their calls from debt collectors, but in all fairness, I actually answer the calls from these people, and they always have a recording asking for an unknown individual. Then it says if this is a wrong number, press 7, when I press seven, it tells me to hold. After a few minutes, it gives me another recording saying to enter my party's extension now. I enter 0, thinking operator, right? I immediately get disconnected. I return the call, and get a ma****e to pick up, then just goes dead. They've only been calling for a coupole days, but numerous times each day, with the same results. That is why I am here, trying to find an address, or another number to call them to have them stop harassing me. I work nights, and calls all day long is interfering with my sleep, and have family almost 2000 miles away, and cannot afford to turn off the phone in case of emergency.
I always find it funny, how over 50% of "debtors" screen their own calls. Perhaps there should be stronger legislation in-favor of banks and lendors to recover the monies from the people who have defaulted on their loans.Regardless of the state of the economy, the reasons for falling behind, are the same reasons they have always been, yet debtors feel like they are the exception to the rule. There are very few people who actually default on their debts and while it is certainly a minority, they feel they should have the rights. Then, they curse the very banks that had to get bailed out. Alot of the mismanagement of banks finances were a direct result of consumer defaults, so perhaps, rather than scold the banks, look in the mirror and ask yourselves what you did to help c****e this revolving cycle of debt. Ultimately, people rely on Credit as a means to provide things you want. You people would be surprised at what you actually "Need" vs. "Want." Live within your means, and ****. And if you don't, own up to your mistakes and take responsibility to act. With few exceptions, you put yourselves in this position, deal with it.
w***ver these people are have no clue who they are calling. are they randomly picking numbers? they do not speak clearly on the phone and when I told them to remove my number because they were calling the wrong person they were very rude about it. Like it was my fault. Hire someone who is professional enough to do this job. I wouldn't pay an old debt if I had an a**hole like this calling all the time.
Keeps calling for someone whose last name is Smith, on my new cell phone , which only family members have number for. Same message every time (sound recorded). I'm not the person they are calling for and don't know where they got my cell phone number. Going to send them an e-mail about this. Found their e-mail address (complaints), which is complaint@frontlineaslinksnotallowed
Calls two or three times a day? Try getting 13 calls from these people a day some days, s****ing at 8:01am and ending at 8:57 pm. They know they can only call from 8am to 9 pm and trust me they use every minute up to the end. They called me at work even after I asked them not to, telling them that I cannot receive personal calls at work. This is a debt that I legally owe but they are not willing to work with me on a payment plan so I will probably get sued. But when the economy goes to***** and your work hours are cut back and you can barely survive what can you do?? The one calling me, Laney, is rude and hateful and won't work with you. I have complained about her to the company but I am sure that it does not good. These companies like their collections people to behave that way, they think it gets the job done. Most collection agents are s****s of satan and behave like it but if the truth was really known they are dodging calls from creditors themselves. I bet they don't even pay their own bills. God will surely punish them in their next life for their behavior in this one.
I just call them back 10 fold and...max out my 7.1 surround sound system with ***** metal, and blast it into their ears when they answer. After doing this about 30 times in a row...per day...they quit calling me. Try it...
**** keeps calling after I've stated that I only conduct business via correspondence. They've got another thing coming because I'm recording each call. Don't rollover folks; debt created was never funded with real money. The original bank, credit card company high jacked your credit and made tons off of it without giving fair consideration to you. Essentially, your credit is money since lawful money ceased to exist after 1933. You can use an administrative process to default these bozos and make them go away. If they continue to harass you, file a restraining order and a commercial lien a***nst them. Once you have your lien, you can turn the tables on them and sell it to a collection agency for half the face value and then, they will have make arrangements to settle with a collection agency most likely their cope***ors. In the interim their license to operate may be suspended.
calls twice, sometimes three times a day and late in evenings also
Keeps calling for someone else
robert obviously works for frontline****ett. these people are rude and will NEVER accept less than whats owed. They buy old debts and harrass you until you pay in FULL>
I spoke with a person named Mike about my account and he was very helpful! If I wouldn't have taken the call, my problem was not going to get solved. I'm glad I was able to pay off my account for less than what I owed. Frontline saved me a bigger hassle and helped me do the right thing for less than what I owed. Good service...
First time I received this call today 8-31-09.No name just a recording that went to my voice mail that says " by listening to this recording you are now liable to this debt...and then broke off...no name no request to call back.I will keep updating on what transpires...
don't pay it at all, especially an old one. don't ever send money to a collector, it just s****s your debt clock over. tell them to stop calling you. they are paid to bother you. ignore them.
I got calls from this # (Judy) and sometimes it was twice a day... she called my ex husband's family, apparently, and my former employer whom I haven't worked for in 2 years. They actually CAN call relatives, friends, neighbors, etc. as long as they don't disclose anything about you owing money, and they can not call them more than once! I just sent in a $5 money order and that stopped the phone calls. I plan to send in $5 every month until the $17k is paid or until I'm dead, whichever comes first. I'm not going to starve my family over an old debt, especially since it was my ex husband who racked up 80% of those charges under my name!!!
The call was from Terry I think these people have been harassing me and my family over a debt that is not even mine like literally is not mine they called my dads business and spoke to him and have been calling me now I checked with laws and by law they are not allowed to contact family of the person that has debt and they have gone beyond that and contacted my family and it is my girlfriend that owes the debt now why the***** they are talking to my dad is beyond me but its completely out of line and when I told them they are not allowed to contact them he ***g up on me and that was peter not Terry. Peters # is 651-621-2815 these people would rather see you starve and them get your money they are heartless bad people that only have their own selfish interests at heart
