This number is used to scam people from a false organization called " Workers Retired Appeal Board Financial Compensation -WRABFC". If you get a text from a friend on Messenger in short they will tell you they recieved money from them and tell you they seen your name on that list. Your friends profile was hacked and dubbed in order to make you believe that it is that person which it is not. They work it from both end. If you see this organization stir clear it is a scam. They say you are granted significant amount of money like $150,000. But you have to pay money to them preference gift cards to activate your check which never comes. The catch is they are convincing because your friend supposedly on Messenger tells you they received theirs and already cashed it. So be warned.
