NHap 651 789 1535 called and didn't leave a message.  Who are they?

They called me, there was silence on the other end so I ***g up. I tried to call them back, as the caller ID said only "NHAP" and that phone number. The line was always busy. Never got through.

Just received a call at 11:59a, CID NHAP, tel#651-789-1535.  On "do not call" list(s).  Did not pick up--no message left.  Several calls in the past.  Land phone otherwise I would really be upset.

Showed up twice on my caller id, I called back and it either rang once and then dead air or it never rang at all - just dead air.  Did a reverse look up and it came up NHAP inc in St Paul, MN. I'm on the Ntl do not call registry too.  Thanks, Todd W for digging up that address!  (I figured it was the one on Margaret street with a different phone number too.) Popp Communications is a local phone company in the MplsStPaul area, they are the "official phone company" for a lot of the sports teams - Vikings, Timberwolves, etc.  Mr Popp is a local $$$ guy - maybe we should bother him!

They call at least 3 or more times per day always close to the same time and leave no msg...it's irritating.  Can't someone cancel them out!!!

what a pain. i am getting calls from them now. no one answers when i pickup. when i do a return call it goes no where.

Same thing as everyone else.  I live nearby but am not sure if it's really the NHAP Inc other people are reporting.  I get a call every few days.

Caller ID says NHAP with 651-789-1535. Area code 651 is St. Paul. Does anyone know who this is? I've seen them on my id a number of times. One just came in at 2:50 p.m. 1/21/09.

I've lost count of how many times this number has called. At no time has there been a person at the othe end. It's just dead-air and/or a ****up.My number is on the Do Not Call registry.

in Reference to 651-789-1535, I receive calls from this number..  Not sure who it is, ***ody ever says anything, just ****s up.

this number shows up on caller I.D, but you hear nothing. No-one responds, and when you call the number back, it doesn't ring

Also showed up on caller ID as NHAP. Didn't answer, no message.

gat a call from this number and no message left.

Just got a call from them a minute ago. I picked up, nothing. Just like a great majority of our calls lately. Sigh.
