This is a scam phone call. They're randomly calling phone #'s within T-mobile's block of #'s and pretending to be a debt collector to scam you into giving them money. I've reported them to the state Attorney General. How do I know? I don't have a T-Mobile account, so why would they be calling me? I switched to AT&T over 6 years ago and kept the same #.
