They have a complaint on me and I need to set up a date n time to sign do***ents at my house. Because they wouldn't tell me who they was n who made the complaint. I hung up. They called my oldest sister n left her a message. They called my job n left a message about signing a do***ent.

Called me today, and called my husband using my maiden name. And called my first name different on my husbands voicemail. Said they were from foster something with a. Civil litigation. I reported them.

Some Sarah called about legal do***ents to signed . Didn't say where from, but it was intended for my ex-husband. Been divorced for 25 years. They said they were going to take him . THANK GOD , GOD SPEED MAN.

Said I was going to be served with papers. Said something about a visa reward card I owed. Had my last 4 of ss# and dob. The guy was nice. I advised him I never had that card. Said it was a civil suit.

They used my ex-married name stating that I need to be home for the delivery agent so that I could signed for the do***ents, if not they would send it to my employer. That I need to get in contact with them from this number to avoid any further action against me. I look up numbers the n umber they called from and the number that they left both SCAM.

This is a straight up scammer, there is no legitimate legal business here.

They said they needed me to make an appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow to sign some legal do***ents. Gave me this phone number to call if I have questions. I didn’t give them any information

Frank They had my social security number and said I owed 5000 to Citi financial. I never had Citi financial.

They said they need my husband to sign some legal do***ents in person and to call the number for more information.

They reported that I am being sued for a 6K credit card debt from 2000-2006 and they reported that I a waived my right to statute of limitations and I will be sued . They knew my last 4 digits of social security number and my full name . They reported that they sent me a letter to retrieve this debt . They said they sent it on June 4th. I did not receive anything and they called my father .

Basically said that we'd need to be home for do***ent delivery. I wish I had answered because I enjoy saying horrible things to these scam callers

Said they did an ***et search and they were coming after me on a credit card that was older than 18 years and ***igned to my x in a divorce decree. Looked up the phone# they left and give this web site

They called my Dad's phone (he is almost 80) asking for me (I am 49). I live on my own with my family and have no reason to be giving my Dad's number out for contacting me. He did not remember the name of the person or company calling, just said it was some agency and left a reference number 075057 and this phone number for me to call them back. I of course checked the number first.

Rose from National do***ent Services called wondering if i was going to be home the next day for delivery, but would not tell me what the docs were.

They called me and at least 3 family members. They gave a case number and said they had do***ents I need to sign for. Each call was from a different cloned number.

Claimed to be a law firm that was trying inform me of a suit against my wife for a credit card she never had. Said that Papers were being mailed to me. Could not tell me what county the filing was put in or a lawyer's name and bar number.

Lady said that I have several returned checks with County Bank and when I said to verify my Social Security number she said she was filing papers of refusal to pay

The owner of this number has been contacting me using the name Lincoln Brooks. He claims to work for the company Coinbase and to be in charge of the ATM Surveyor position. He would send me checks, have me deposit the money, and then take pictures of how the Bitcoin ATMs in my area functioned while I bought Bitcoin. I know it sounds obvious, but he was very convincing, and I needed the job and money. Anyway, to anyone who is contacted from this number, but a person claiming to be Lincoln J Brooks, it's most likely a scam so beware.
