Trying to scam me out of money and threaten me

someone called the nonprofit I work at from this number. He kept asking to speak with people in our marketing department but was ***ue about why he was calling and never gave a name or company. He was rude when I asked what the call was in regards to, and ***g up when I asked what company he was calling from.

Asked you to call them if you don't want your credit card/bank account charged for subscription renewal.

Possible Scam

Uses number through OfferUp website and tries to get you to text him so he can get your phone number.

I got this one too that was a digital voice with exact script as Ed Harris posted.

M OConnor claimed the IRS was suing me and to call back.

Msg was Tim from underwriting, call back to discuss the working capital we have for your company. Gave direct line as area 949.

Did some research and this number is spam, don't bother with it

this ******* called but we didn't answer it. of course they didn't leave any message either. They used different numbers to harass people. Just don't pick up the phone that you don't recognize!
