Had an important message, to return call to number on caller ID to speak with a live representative to handle my account.

Didn't answer

Asked for a person that isn’t me or the people who have had my phone number before then said that they were student loan collectors

The same guy who says his name is Mark from the investigation team and is trying to reach , thrn he pushes a ****on that plays what is obviously the same guy saying my name, but pre-recorded , about my account that has been marked as delinquent, and if he does not speak with me today, he will have no choice but to mark it as refusal to pay, and proceed with further legal action, and then he goes back through the entire speal a***n But he never says what company he is representing, and the whole thing screams of scam to me. So when I run the local area code phone number he calls from, absolutely nothing comes up about anyone, or any company or anything else, hmmm... Thanks A***n Been Verified!!
