These people are calling me on my cell number and office number and say if I do not pay $513.00 today that they will send someone to my home to take me to the court house for my trial. I would then have to pay $5400.I could not get anyone to give me so****ing in writing about this loan that I supposedly took out. I kept getting transferred around to different people threatening me with legal action. They will not supply any hard copy do***entation until you have given a Visa or Mastercard number. I then got a call on my cell number that went to voice mail and it was the same mid eastern accent calling for some one ( not me) and threatening them not to fail to call back immediately. I believe that this is a scam.

I have had the exact same problem as everyone else.  These people will not stop calling me they are harrasing me.  I told them to call my attorney and they won't as they call me from another phone # and c****e their name.  They are hard to understand.  They will not give you anything in writing.  They will not provide their address or a real name of their company.  They have called from 215-279-5915866-720-1469661-210-4684

I can't believe what I am finding on the internet about these people!  They called me on my cell several times, then at work on my work phone several times trying to scare me into taking care of a payday loan debt that I don't have.  They won't tell me anything about the debt saying they don't have the information.  I just keep ****ing up and they just keep calling me back.  They even tried to get me to verify my social security number and supposedly transferred me to a "manager" when I said I wouldn't verify anything!They say they are from the "Law Offices of...." but I can't ever get the name spelled out so I can understand it.  They supposedly represent National Payday Services.

They called and said if I didnt give them 800.00 dollars that I supposibly owed a company that they were going to have me arrested in an hour.  They are a joke and i would hate to see what these guys look like after I find them.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company c****es and the names of the employees c****e; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also c****es frequently. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. These idiots called me Tuesday and told me that I owed money and that if I didnt pay that the FBI would be after me and that they would come to my work and that I had a court date and that I was being charged with fraud and theft and that carries a felony!....Then they called my work a***n today and my work told them not to call back! Now I have taken action!
