This happened to me also.  When I told them that I never received anything from them in the mail, he proceeded to tell me that I requested to only be contacted via email.  They already knew the name of my bank and my work email address.  I was threatened to be sued and if they won, I would have to pay them $5,862.00.  When I told them that I had proof to the contrary they back off and now won't answer my calls.

Generaly when you are served with a subpeona you recieve notices threw mail. You do not receive calls from one day to another. Please place a fraud alert to your Transunion, Equifax, Experian.

SOMEONE CLIAMING TO HAVE A LAWSUIT A***NST ME FOR A PAY DAY LOAN.  I DID HAVE A PAY DAY LOAN BUT IT WAS BEING REPAIDED THROUGH MY BANK. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. HE CLAIMED THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY TO SERVE ME PAPERS ABOUT THE LAW SUIT.
