I have received several calls from this number and they left a mesage saying to call them immediately or they could not be responsable for the legal matter that is about to come down upon me. They say have your attorney or yourself call back. I dont know what this is for exactly but It seems really really fishy because it is a Arabic person calling and I know for a fact the only debt I have out there is an old cell phone bill. I have never taken out any payday loans or etc. I think this is a scam to try to freak people out so they call and release their ersonal INFO.....DONT DO IT people. When you get sued there has to be a judgement filed in the state you ac***ulated the debt so yeah collecting from India doesnt fit HUH!!!!!!

How do these people get people's numbers. They sound like they are from India, I know this is a scam because they refused to give details about their company. Internet crime division. Just be rude with them and they will leave you alone for a while. I blocked my number and called them numerous times throughout the day they called me. gave them a taste of their own medicine

I got this call today. from "Charles Stone", department of crime prevention. THey called like 10 times in a row at my work. I answered to get his information. s****ed asking him number, company name, his name, etc...he s****ed to stumble. we are not a company. we are a law firm. ok, what is the name. i will need to transfers you to my supervisor. i said no,i will call you back. what is your company name. we are not a company. we are a law firm. OK. what is the name. no answer. been getting these calls for weeks now. i got this service on my cell phone to block these calls. been working so far, but there are so many variations of number.

I have been getting these calls at work and on my cell phone. It is because I took out a cash advance over the internet and after paying them $104 every two weeks for 5 months (without a penny of that going towards the balance of the loan) I decided to close my bank account and quit paying. If I didn't stop paying this "loan" I would lose my house so I had no choice. The original loan was only for $325 so they have recieved way more money than they have ever given me. Unfortunately they are now harassing the***** out of me. The callers are obviously from a foreign country and don't give a **** about our law in the US because they aren't from the US!! Here is a little advice from me: Do not ever get a payday cash advance because they are a HUGE ripoff and they will harass you until you pay them loads of money!

This happened to me also. When I told them that I never received anything from them in the mail, he proceeded to tell me that I requested to only be contacted via email. They already knew the name of my bank and my work email address. I was threatened to be sued and if they won, I would have to pay them $5,862.00. When I told them that I had proof to the contrary they back off and now won't answer my calls.

They called my work twice in the past 6 months claiming they were going to send police to my house to arrest me. When I called back they stumbled over every question I asked of them and then called me a "bloddy criminal" because I blocked my number prior to calling back. This is the 2nd time they have called -- Once as "James Brown" and a***n as "David Brown". When I called back I spoke with an "Eric Matthews". Insane ~ How do I get them to stop calling me! How can we stop them period!

I have messages forwarded to me from a previous employee where I work and got a message today from this number.The man sounded Indian / Middle Eastern and was very hard to understand but he wanted to let the former employee know about a court case filled a***nst him and that if he did not get a call back in a couple of hours he (the caller) would file a court subpoene. If the caller mentioned a company name I couldn't understand it.
