I have been getting these calls at work and on my cell phone.  It is because I took out a cash advance over the internet and after paying them $104 every two weeks for 5 months (without a penny of that going towards the balance of the loan) I decided to close my bank account and quit paying.  If I didn't stop paying this "loan" I would lose my house so I had no choice. The original loan was only for $325 so they have recieved way more money than they have ever given me. Unfortunately they are now harassing the***** out of me.  The callers are obviously from a foreign country and don't give a **** about our law in the US because they aren't from the US!!  Here is a little advice from me: Do not ever get a payday cash advance because they are a HUGE ripoff and they will harass you until you pay them loads of money!

This is the number that they leave for a callback number, but the number that shows when my phone is ringing is 1 000 0.  I know that these claims about a federal matter and the fact that I owe for a loan over the computer is bogus.  Yet, it is scary because they have all my information.  I had to contact my bank and make it so that no wireless money transactions for debits go through without contacting me first.  It is a big hassle, but it is the only way that I know how to keep them from trying to take monies out of my account.  I have reported this to the St Cloud Police Department as well as the Benton County Sheriffs office.DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, I no longer even answer the phone when I see that it isn't a number that I recoginize.  You may want to save these messages because if they do get caught, then you have proof of the harassment.
