Calling for my bro-in-law for an old debt

They called my brother at first to get my phone number. They lied by saying that they were mailing things to me that were returned to sender. Then they called my mum and got my number from her (don't know how they got my brother and mum's phone because none has the same last name). They called me and kept asking for personal info, but wouldn't tell who they were and were getting mad because they wouldn't get answers.
