I think it has so****ing to do with applying for loans then they threaten you and tell you that there's like a warrant out for your arrest and you'll go to jail just to scare you into giving them money, It is obviously a SCAM but they have very thick accents, sound like robots and call you at work, home, cell, whatever they can!! They will go away eventually if you ignore them. *Harssment!!!!*
