I received a call from 661-382-8617 and when I answered they waited 5 seconds and ***g up.

Caller left a message on my anwering man****e, so****ing illegible aboout credit cards. I tried to call them back at this number, but get an all circuits are busy message. I'd like to know who these people are, why they called my number, and want them to deleted my number from their calling list.
