Man claimed an Amazon acct under my name was opened and attempting a purchase for an apple laptop and ear pods. To help me he needed the name of my bank just to get me to the right fraud dept.

They said my name as a question.

They asked "is (name) there". I responded "no" They said "there is no message" and ***g up.

Caller will ask your first name. And then talk about the fundraiser/nonprofit for police. And ask for your support. When I asked him about how they got my name and phone number I was laughed at and then ***g up on.
