I have been getting calls from this number

NY Got a call on my number that is listed in the do not call list. The call offered "to lower your credit card interest rate". I waited to talk to a person and demanded to remove me from their list. The guy said he refuse to do so. He has Indian accent and may be siting off s****. As mentioned before, it is possible that the caller ID showing a number that belongs to someone else.

They call everyday in don't say anything so I stop answering it in I had a total of 27 missed calls from them

Who are these people

First source advantage,llc, a debt collection company.  Several different numbers that they call from.  They ended up calling me from the same area code as my state even though the company is located in a different state.
