an Indian caller calling from MD dr. office, no name of office calling about a confidential billing matter. He left a message. Wanted me to call him back at a direct number. I have never been to a doctor in MD.
This number is now blocked on my phone however I can see it continues to keep calling. No one is there when I have answered. Very strange! This has gone on a long time. ... months in fact.
The tech at this number claims he is with windows and that someone has hacked my computer-I only caught him because he called me by an incorrect name. He says my windows system is infected and he wanted me to give him access to my computer, which I did not.

The company that makes these annoying calls is UCB or United Collection Bureau, Inc. . They do not identify themselves.
