Just had the same thing - they called my cellphone, when I answered they disconnected and when I try to return call it says the number has been disconnected.....weird !!

get a phone that allows you to block calls. ironically, T-mobile phones have that feature.

It is a predictive dialer. Received a call today at 11:56am from 678-229-5199. Caller ID shows Superior****et. They were looking for someone who does not have the phone number they were calling. Received a 2nd call at 12:57pm. When I answered, they ***g up. They called a***n at a***n at 1:35pm asking for the same person as the 11:56am call. I asked the caller to remove my phone number from their list and he removed it from the dialer. It's a dialer that is making the calls. If the dialer is programmed with an incorrect phone number info, you will get these types of calls.
